They can consult and download all their documents (paid and unpaid invoices and credit notes) and communicate with you more easily. They can submit a dispute related to an invoice or inform you about an upcoming payment date. A contact section lets them send a message easily. They can also pay their invoices via credit card, e-transfer or SEPA direct.

Can several invoices be paid at once?

Yes, your customer can select any invoices he wants to pay directly from the portal, one or several. He can pay the full amount or a specific instalment if a payment plan has been set.

What online payment methods are available in LeanPay?

LeanPay's payment platform allows customers to pay you via e-transfer, credit card and SEPA direct debit through Stripe. Online payments are fully secure and accelerate your collections by making the process easier for customers. Once paid, invoices are automatically excluded from reminders.

How do I set up LeanPay to receive online payments from my customers?
