How the LeanPay x intuiz+ by Altares Integration Works

LeanPay is directly connected to intuiz+ by Altares, allowing key customer risk data to be centralised and clearly presented in your interface to support informed decision-making.

In your customer list, you can immediately access:

  • The default risk score (rated out of 20) with a colour code for instant assessment of risk level,
  • The average payment delay, expressed in days, with an arrow indicating its trend (improvement or deterioration),
  • The recommended credit limit provided by Altares and its proportion relative to the customer's actual exposure, to evaluate your risk.

On each monitored customer’s record, a dedicated panel at the top right summarises the main risk indicators: default score, recommended credit limit, and date of the last update.

In the Analysis tab, you can access the full details of information from intuiz+ by Altares, as well as a link to your personal Altares account for deeper insights.

In addition to the indicators already mentioned, you will also find:

  • Any ongoing insolvency proceedings,
  • The percentage of suppliers paid more than 30 days late,
  • The percentage of suppliers paid more than 90 days late,
  • The date of data update and the previous values to track changes in risk.

LeanPay also allows you to compare the customer’s data with that of their sector, providing context for their payment behaviour.
