With the integration between LeanPay and Maileva, send your registered electronic and paper letters in a few clicks directly from LeanPay.
Thanks to the integration between LeanPay and Maileva, you will soon be able to use Electronic Registered Delivery as a new communication channel within your reminder scenarios.
Electronic Registered Delivery has the same legal value as a paper registered letter, while being fully digital. It allows you to send registered letters faster and at a lower cost, with no printing or postal handling required.
Once the feature is available, you will simply need to add an Electronic Registered Delivery step to your reminder plans. This channel complements the existing communication methods (email, phone, SMS, standard mail and paper registered letters).
When the defined delay threshold in your scenario is reached, the Electronic Registered Delivery to be sent will appear in your reminder to do list. The letter is generated from a preconfigured template, which you can review before validating the send.
On the recipient side, an email notification is sent by a trusted third party. The recipient can then access a secure link allowing them to view the Electronic Registered Delivery, with the option to accept or refuse it, just like a traditional registered letter.
On the sender side, LeanPay centralises all evidence related to the sending process, including:
All of these records are legally admissible and accessible directly from LeanPay.
