The integration of LeanPay with smsmode© allows you to add SMS reminders as a new reminder channel.
Thanks to our partnership with smsmode©, you can use SMS as a communication channel for your customer reminders. Simply add a new step to your reminder sequence and select the SMS channel. You can then choose to send the message automatically or manually, set the sender name, and personalise the content using the available variables.
The LeanPay advantage: you can include in your SMS a direct link to the customer portal, allowing your customers to view and pay their invoices in just a few clicks.
If you prefer to retain control over message sending, all SMS messages to be sent are grouped in the Reminders tab. Each day, LeanPay displays the SMS to be sent based on your customers’ level of delay. You can preview the message, edit it if needed, and approve it before sending.
smsmode© is a French mobile messaging platform dedicated to professional communications. Whether for marketing, notifications, or critical messages, the solution is used by companies across all sectors to automate, secure, and manage their interactions with customers.

The SMS is open in the vast majority of cases, which increases the visibility of your reminders and accelerates the responses of your customers.
Thanks to LeanPay variables, your text messages are short, useful, and personalised, which improves engagement while maintaining a professional tone.
Add a direct link to the customer portal: your customers can consult their invoices and pay in a few seconds from their mobile.
