How the LeanPay x Infolegale integration works

Thanks to the integration between LeanPay and Infolegale, key customer risk indicators are directly accessible from within the application.

In the customer list, LeanPay displays:

the maximum recommended credit opinion provided by Infolegale, expressed as an amount (€) and shown visually to quickly identify the level of outstanding amount reached,
the Infolegale score, displayed as a score out of 20, combined with a colour code for easier interpretation.

This information is also available on the customer record, along with the last update date, making it possible to monitor changes in the risk level over time.

From the Analysis tab, you can access the historical values of both the score and the credit opinion, helping you identify trends over time. When available, the customer score can also be compared with the average score of their industry sector.

Which Infolegale data is synchronised in LeanPay?

LeanPay automatically imports:

the maximum recommended credit opinion (expressed as an amount),
the Infolegale score (score out of 20, with colour coding),
the last update date of the indicators,
and, when available, the comparison with the industry score.

Where can I view Infolegale data in LeanPay?

Infolegale indicators are accessible from the customer list, the customer record and the Analysis tab for each customer.
