The integration of LeanPay with MySendingBox allows you to send reminders by simple or registered mail.
In your recovery scenarios, you can use the Mail channel, by simple mail or by registered mail, thanks to the integration between LeanPay and MySendingBox. This channel is set up directly in the configurations of your recovery plans.
When the delay level set in your scenario is reached, the email to be sent appears in your To do reminders. The document is then automatically generated via MySendingBox: you can modify it if necessary, view it before sending, then validate its delivery.
From the tab Reminders sent, you can find all the letters sent via MySendingBox. You can download them and, for registered mail, access the proof of deposit.
